retailer of telecommunication products, Electronics/Electric for Home
& Office. Our online catalog is constantly updated with the latest products.

We are an authorized retail distributor. Most of the products come with
a 1 year manufacturer limited warranty; In most cases we recommend to

ORDERS / SHIPPING
All orders received before 5:00PM Eastern time, on in-stock items, are
usually shipped out the same day. Upon shipping our server sends both
Billing and the Tracking information via e-mail to the customer. If for
any reason an item is not shipped on time, a customer service associate
will contact you via phone or E-mail. Customers have the choice to ship
Next Day, Second Day, 3 day Select and Ground Delivery Service. In some
cases we may use USPS (US Mail) Priority and Express services.
Ground Shipping cost (small items) $ 6.00 to $ 10.00
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied of your online purchase, that's why our products
are backed up by 15 days trial period. If for any reason you are not satisfied,

to obtained a return authorization number; The shipping charges are not
refundable. Note : It might take 2 weeks or more before credits are applied
to accounts. We will not accept returns nor issue any credit: After 15
days from date of purchase, no RMA# was obtained, large orders (From ten
items and up), product clearances, closeouts (excluding store special
discount), open box items, used and missing accessories or manuals, damaged
packaging or merchandises.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will ship to most foreign countries but international shipping rates
will apply. Most countries including Puerto-Rico and Canada may charge
custom duties and taxes for imports; Which are the responsibilities of
the consignee. For payments by credit card we require copies of photo
ID, front and back of the credit card and a sample of signature (By fax
305-232-1812 or e-mail, but make sure to hide some numbers). If we can
not process your credit card information you can pay by check or wire
