Body: The web site had the item I purchased as in stock. When I ordered
it I was sent an email later stating it was on backorder. The website
should have said this. If it had I would not have bought the item from
Hertz, I would have found the item somewhere else. After being told
it would take over one week to get the item I stated that I should not
have to pay extra for the two day shipping but I was told that if I
didnt want the two day that they would ship it through regular post.
Finally two weeks after I ordered the item it arrived even though the
website said it would take two days. Never again will I buy from Hertz.

it on 1/6/04. However, the merchandise was inoperable. I called their
telephone number and left a message. I emailed two different web addresses
since it wasnt clear which one to email. I asked for a prepaid mailer

They offer a 30 day trial with the option of a full refund with the
